How long does the product warranty last?

At Banjara, we take great pride in our products and therefore all are products come with a one year manufacturer & product warantee.

Does my product stay exactly the same overtime?

Banajara only uses naturally made products that develop their character over time. Therefore, the bag which includes leather and jute is expected to change color over time. Each bag is produced individually and therefore will develop it's own unique character. The process is sped up with prolonged exposure to sun. “Furthermore the bags are dyed using natural vegetable dyes which also change color over time with sun exposure.” The bag will still hold its strength and durability over time.

How to care for my bag?

Jute fibers are a woven material and can stain if dark colors are spilt on it. To keep light dust and dirt off, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth. Rigorous wiping, handling or wringing can cause fraying.

Why does my product look different from the pictures?

Each product is made with natural materials of jute and leather which are typical with irregularities which shows their authenticity. Therefore your product is unique and one of a kind.


What is your return policy?

Abiding by the Consumers Guarantee Act, a 30 day return policy stands on all full priced products, provided they are intact (unused condition), with original tags and no alterations or damages have been sustained due to use of the product by the customer.


What methods of shipping do you offer?

We offer free standard shipping to New Zealand. Please allow up to 1 business day for order processing and note that holidays are not included in the estimated delivery times.

Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?

Currently we offer one method of standard shipping however we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Remote regions may experience higher transit times.
